A Brief Overview

Liverpool Law Firm, Canter Levin and Berg, are a group of respected and renowned Solicitors providing a range of legal services from their offices in Merseyside and further afield since 1947.

Over that time they have a well-established reputation based on their ability to provide effective and efficient representation for each of their clients. Initially, the firm had several print machines and produced a large amount of paper documentation.

The Challenge

In a competitive legal market, Canter Levin & Berg needed a partner to understand their key business objectives, streamline service delivery, deliver responsiveness, consistency and quality assurance. A new solution that consisted of replacement hardware, with a stronger focus on managing and controlling print within the firm via management software.

The Solution

Working closely with the client, Woodbank devised and implemented a new print fleet strategy and renovated its business-wide print infrastructure which included 15 KYOCERA multifunctional printers.

Woodbank also included a print management software solution which meant that the company could have greater control over print qualities and greater employee efficiency through fully working and greater access to information.
