Can you reduce my print costs?

Yes. Once we have understood your situation, we can provide you the right print solution. As a result, our customers usually save around 20% of print costs.

What is a managed print service?

A managed print service provides a business with an agreement that covers the management and maintenance of one or more printing devices. This brings down costs, saves you and your IT department valuable time, and improves reporting and analysis of usage.

What are multifunctional devices / MFDs?

Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) are devices which consolidate all your printing, copying, scanning, and even faxing capabilities into one machine. MFDs can save you energy, office space, and resources by acting as a convenient document processor.

What is document management?

Document management is the process by which a company obtains, manages, monitors, stores, and distributes their documents. Having an effective document management system can save your organisation time and money by reducing paper and improving workflow.

How can you make our print and document management processes more efficient?

We work to properly understand your set-up. That means reviewing your current print infrastructure, process, and workflows. Then, and only then, we make our recommendations on how to improve.  We work to make significant improvements to free up your time, reduce your spend, and increase your efficiency.

I already have a managed print solution, do you make it easy to change supplier?

Yes, we can handle everything on your behalf, from settling your current lease (if applicable,) to returning your existing devices to your current supplier. We provide you with new machines as fast as possible.

Document security is a priority for us; How can you keep our documents secure?

Security is a priority for us, too. That’s why we have a range of software solutions which provide enhanced security through automatic distribution & archiving, and user authentication, ensuring private information and data remains secure. We recommend what we use ourselves.

What is your service call out response time?

We aim to respond to all service and engineer calls within 4 hours. Our current average is below 3. In addition to this we have a 95% first time fix rate. Quick, effective, and personal.

Do you outsource your service and support?

No. All our service and support team are based in-house. This enables us to respond quickly, and provide the best customer service and support to our existing and new customers.

Let's say I have an issue with my printer, how would you go about resolving it?

We don’t believe in making you jump through hoops to fix a problem that we can fix for you. Give us a call and if we can fix it remotely using our secure software, we will. If we can’t, we’ll get someone out to you to sort the issue personally.

All of our engineers have undergone extensive manufacturer training, which means they know the ins and outs of each machine we provide.

Are you environmentally friendly?

We have an ongoing commitment to reduce not only our own, but also our customers environmental footprint. We only work with partners who operate and have been recognised and awarded for operating in a way that considers, and takes steps to improve, our environment.

What lease periods are available, or can I purchase outright?

Our lease agreements range from 1-5 years depending on the requirements of the business and you can always purchase outright. We like to keep things as flexible for you as possible.

I'm sick of call centres, can I just speak to someone who can help?

Absolutely. We do not use call centres; When you call us, you’ll be connected to an account manager within a few rings, saving everyone time.

Do I order toner manually, or is it automated?

We can ensure that you don’t run out with automatic orders. When your cartridge is low, your device will update us and we’ll get some toner to straight to you.
